I’ve been a Shorinji Kempo practitioner for nearly 6 years now, and has found it one of the most rewarding and fun experiences that I’ve done in my life. One of the key principles in Shorinji Kempo is half for yourself and half for others. So I’ve devote some time into help my Shorinji Kempo community.
